PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

This contract is valid for 18 month's for Driver's Ed and 12 month's for Driver's Training ( in car only) from the date of the sign up. A $40 fee will be charged for a 30 day extension If the student fails to complete the lessons within the time limit. It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions within the contract time. This contract cannot be transferred to any other person. NO REFUNDS for expired contracts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you make every effort to keep your appointment's as scheduled. If for any unforeseen you need to cancel, a 48 hour advanced notice is required for Sunday thru Saturday, 7 days a week. Please leave a message after hours. $40 fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled late.

RETURN CHECK FEE:There will be a $30 charge fee for any return check. The return check will not be redeposit. Only cash, money order, or cashier's check will be accepted to replace a returned check.

EARLY TERMINATION POLICY: If for any reason a student decides to discontinue his/her enrollment with our school, a $40 fee will be charged plus fees for the lessons taken at regular price ( without the package discount) plus a $30 administrative fee for each certificate that was issued.

CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT POLICY: The school is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged certificates. Each student will be issued a certificate of either completion online or Driver's training at their end of there 3rd lesson of Driving. A $30 administrative fee will be charged for certificate replacement.

PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE DEALS: Packaged deals should be executed as agreed upon. If for any reason the students decides to discontinue his/her promotional package deal, he/she will be responsible for the remaining balance at the regular price.

NO STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE SCHOOL CAR AFTER A DMV DRIVE TEST
